## Keturah Reserve overview

Keturah Reserve is a mixed community by MAG Property Development in Mohammed Bin Rashid City District 7, in the Meydan area. MAG launched it on 29 November 2022 and valued it at AED 3 billion (Gulf News). The homes sit around The Park, a 300,000 sq ft central garden planted with old olive trees (MAG). The master plan was designed by Charlie Wu. MAG's launch release listed an outdoor pool, separate gyms for women and men, spas, restaurants and healthcare facilities.

In June 2023 MAG described 93 townhouses, 90 villa plots, 540 apartments in six blocks and eight penthouses, and said 70% of the units had sold (Khaleej Times). The DLD record of 15 June 2026 lists 644 homes: two residential buildings of ground plus 14 floors, four of ground plus 10 floors, 93 townhouses and two villas (Mitchells). Propsearch estimates 716 units. The whole development is one DLD project, number 2924. It was under construction in October 2026, at 10.02% complete on the last DLD inspection.

The AED 3.8 million entry price works out at about AED 3,254 per sq ft (DirectDXB). DLD-registered sales give a lower figure: Mitchells counts 129 sales between 1 May 2025 and 22 June 2026 at a median of AED 5.39 million, a median size of 1,806 sq ft and AED 2,873 per sq ft. The median rose from AED 2,831 per sq ft in Q2 2025 (78 sales) to AED 2,943 in Q3 2025 (43 sales). Recent off-plan resales include a 2,272 sq ft 2 bedroom apartment for AED 5.75 million on 22 June 2026 and a 2,584 sq ft 4 bedroom villa for AED 9.6 million on 28 September 2026 (Propsearch).

A post-handover plan is quoted for some villas: 10% down plus the 4% DLD fee, instalments of 10%, 5%, 10% and 5% over 16 months, 10% on handover and 50% after handover in ten payments of 5% every six months (Palmera). With 60% due at handover under the main plan, the completion date sets when most of the price is paid.

## Keturah Reserve location

Keturah Reserve is in District 7 of Mohammed Bin Rashid City, recorded by DLD under the Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid master project. DirectDXB lists drive times of about 7 minutes to Downtown Dubai, 10 minutes to Meydan Golf, 15 minutes to Meydan One Mall and Business Bay, 20 minutes to Dubai Mall and 21 minutes to Dubai International Airport (accessed 12 October 2026).

## When will Keturah Reserve be handed over?

The DLD register shows a registered completion date of 30 June 2027 for Keturah Reserve, project 2924, filed by MAG Park Real Estate Development (Continental Club; fäm Properties). Portals such as DirectDXB and Palmera list Q2 2027. Off-Plan Dubai lists Q4 2027 for the apartment buildings.

Progress makes the 2027 date look hard to meet. The DLD inspection on 3 August 2026 put construction at 10.02% complete, almost four years after the registered start on 1 December 2022. MAG has not published a new date. When MAG launched the project on 29 November 2022, it promised completion in Q2 2025.

## Keturah Reserve construction update

At 10.02% on 3 August 2026, Keturah Reserve needs about 90 percentage points of progress in the eleven months before its registered completion date. Propsearch reports that MAG opened bidding for the main construction contract in February 2024, and that in November 2024 infrastructure work was complete with the main contractor about to be appointed. Dewan Architects and Engineers is the architectural consultant. DLD publishes one overall percentage for the whole project, not separate figures for the townhouses and the apartment blocks.

## Keturah Reserve developer and delivery record

MAG is a Dubai developer led by the Al Gaddah family. The Keturah brand also covers MAG's branded mansions project at Dubai Creek. Keturah Reserve's own record matters most here: the completion date has moved from Q2 2025 to Q2 2026 to 30 June 2027, while progress stood at 10.02% in August 2026. Propsearch gives a different path, Q4 2025 revised to Q3 2027.

## What to check before buying at Keturah Reserve

1. **The completion date and grace period in the SPA**, since the launch date of Q2 2025 has already passed and the registered date of 30 June 2027 looks hard to meet at 10.02% progress.
2. **Which plan applies.** The 40/60 plan puts 60% at handover, while some villa sales quote 50% after handover.
3. **Which component the unit is in.** Townhouses, apartment blocks and villa plots sit under one DLD project with one overall progress figure.
4. **The unit count used in any comparison**, since sources give 644, 716 and 281 homes for the same DLD project.
