## When will Haven by Aldar be handed over?

Aldar's own launch announcement, on 26 October 2023, gave Q3 2027 for handover, with construction starting in Q2 2024. Property Finder's project page separately lists Q4 2027 (November 2027). Aldar has not published a construction progress percentage specifically for Haven, so the date in your sale and purchase agreement is the one that applies to your unit.

## What is the Haven by Aldar payment plan?

Property Finder lists 5% at booking, 65% during construction and 30% on handover. As an example only, on a 3 bedroom townhouse listed from AED 2.5 million, the 5% deposit is about AED 125,000. The 4% Dubai Land Department registration fee, paid separately, would add about AED 100,000 on that price. This example uses the lowest listed launch price and does not reflect every unit or phase.

Aldar's launch material lists 3 and 4 bedroom townhouses from AED 2.5 million and villas from AED 3.5 million for a 3 bedroom unit, up to 6 bedroom villas. These are launch prices from October 2023. Aldar's project pages list the development as sold out, so current prices depend on resale listings on property portals.

Aldar said the first two phases, comprising 786 of the community's 2,428 total homes, sold out within weeks of the October 2023 launch.
