## When will Golf Residences by Prestige One be handed over?

Prestige One gives February 2028 as the handover date, stating that this is the date in the project's disclosure documents. The DLD register, under the developer entity Prestige Golf Residences Real Estate Development L.L.C, holds a registered completion date of 16 February 2028.

The date is later than early listings. UAE-Prop still shows Q3 2027 with a 30/70 plan, and Data Habibi reports an earlier DLD record with completion in 2027. The current developer and DLD dates agree on February 2028.

## Golf Residences by Prestige One construction update

DLD inspections show steady progress:

Construction was registered as starting on 9 December 2024; Prestige One gives 16 January 2025. Between April and August 2026 the tower gained 10.61 points. Continental Club calculates a pace of 2.65 points a month over the past year and projects 100% around 18 August 2028 at that rate, six months after the registered date. Reaching 100% by 16 February 2028 would need about 3.6 points a month from August 2026.

UAE-Prop lists asking prices from AED 1,450,000 to AED 2,685,000.

## Golf Residences by Prestige One payment plan

Prestige One's current indicative plan is 20% down payment, 20% during construction and 60% upon handover. Other splits appear on portals for earlier releases: 20/45/35 (Data Habibi) and 30/70 (UAE-Prop). With 60% due at handover on the current plan, a 2 bedroom bought at the median price would leave about AED 1.03 million to pay in February 2028.

## Golf Residences by Prestige One developer and delivery record

Prestige One lists Golf Residences among its 2024 launches. In 2026 it handed over Vista, also in Dubai Sports City, in April, and The Residence in JVC in late March (Gulf News, 16 April 2026). Propsearch had given Vista an estimated completion of 2025, so it finished a few months after that estimate. ## What to check before buying at Golf Residences by Prestige One

1. **The completion date in the SPA.** Early buyers may hold contracts quoting Q3 2027.
2. **The payment split.** Plans range from 20/45/35 to 20/20/60, which changes how much is due at handover.
3. **The next DLD inspection**, to see whether the pace rises from about 2.65 points a month toward the 3.6 needed for February 2028.
4. **The resale market.** Only two resales had been registered by October 2026, so there is little price history for completed units.
