The Dubai Land Department (DLD) register records a completion date of 14 October 2026 for Golden Wood Views 5, and the developer's handover target is Q4 2026 (DLD project register via Continental Club). Propsearch also estimates October 2026. The last published DLD inspection, on 25 April 2026, put the building at 89.05% complete. A daily tracker of the register still showed 89% and the same 14 October 2026 date on 10 October 2026 (Dubai Handover), so no newer inspection had been recorded four days before the registered date. This is later than the first date buyers were given. Data Habibi's record shows a delivery date of Q4 2025, and a broker listing from January 2026 said handover was expected by the end of Q4 2026. Progress was 83.05% at the inspection on 27 October 2025 and 89.05% on 25 April 2026, a gain of six points in six months. The building is in JVC District 14; the DLD registers it in the Al Barsha South Fourth area, and DLD sales records use the building name Golden Woods Views V. It is a single 25-storey tower with ground floor retail, a pool and a gym (Propsearch; Continental Club). Prices in 2026 are much higher. In September 2026, DLD sales included a 561 sq ft 1 bedroom at AED 770,000, a 684 sq ft 1 bedroom at AED 1,229,922 and a 1,110 sq ft 2 bedroom at AED 2,000,000, about AED 1,800 per sq ft for the last two (Data Habibi). Continental Club counts 149 registered sales, about 1% of them resales, with prices up 19% over the past year. ## Golden Wood Views 5 payment plan Plans have changed between releases. Data Habibi lists 10% on booking, 49% during construction and 1% on handover, leaving 40% for after handover. Property Finder listings in January 2026 offered a 64/36 plan with 36% paid at 1% a month for 36 months after handover, and a plan with 20% on booking and 80% spread over five years after handover. With handover close, buyers on these plans will be paying most of their balance after receiving the keys. ## Golden Wood Views 5 developer and delivery record Golden Woods, registered as Golden Wood Real Estate Development, has completed two smaller buildings in Jumeirah Village Triangle.
