## What is the Ghaf Woods payment plan?

Plans differ between phases. Distrikt, the phase with a published plan, offers two options, both starting with 10% at launch:

## How many homes have sold?

Majid Al Futtaim reported over 1,000 units sold in the first phase, in an announcement covering the initial release (Construction Week Property Middle East, 2024). It went on to announce that Lacina, its second phase, had also sold out, on 27 November 2024. Majid Al Futtaim has not published a combined sales total across all phases.

1. **Which phase you are buying into**, since Distrikt, Lacina, Serra, Cilia and Arista each have their own price, plan and handover date.
2. **The construction percentage for that phase**, where published, such as Serra's 18% figure, which will move as building progresses.
3. **The exact payment plan for your unit**, since Distrikt alone has two different published options.
4. **The DLD project status** for your building, through DLD's project status enquiry service.
