## When will Elitz 3 be handed over?

Danube's own project page is not consistent about the completion date. Its main project details, checked 1 September 2026, state April 2027. Its own FAQ section, on the same page, states Q4 2026.

Separately, in July 2026, Danube announced 11 projects due for handover within the following 12 months, naming Elitz 1 and Elitz 3 among them. That announcement gives one 12 month window for the whole group of 11 projects, which points to a date around mid to late 2027, a third figure again.

Construction on the project began in December 2023, according to Propsearch. Given the three different dates in play, from Danube's own materials and its group-wide announcement, get the completion date for your specific tower confirmed in writing, and check it against your SPA and the Dubai Land Department's project status enquiry service.

## What is the Elitz 3 payment plan?

Danube's page describes its standard 1% monthly plan: about 20% of the price at booking, then 1% of the price paid each month until the building is ready, with the remaining balance collected at completion. Danube's public materials do not state separately how the 4% DLD registration fee is billed alongside the monthly instalments.

## What to check before booking

1. **Written confirmation of the completion date**, given Danube's own page gives two different dates for this project.
2. **How the 4% DLD fee is billed** alongside the 1% monthly instalments, since Danube's public materials do not set this out.
3. **The DLD project status** for your building, through the Dubai Land Department's project status enquiry service.
4. **Whether your unit is developer resale or a secondary sale**, since Danube's own allocation is reported sold out.
