## When will Dubai Hills Estate be handed over?

There is no single handover date for Dubai Hills Estate. Emaar, working with Meraas, began the community in 2014 and handed over the first villas from 2016. Many neighbourhoods, including Sidra, Maple, Fairways Vistas and Parkway Vistas, are complete and occupied. New phases are still launching and being built today.
