## When will District One West be handed over?

District One West launched for sale in August 2023. Property Finder's project page lists Q1 2027, around March 2027, as the handover date. NAHY's tracker, last checked on 12 August 2026, describes the project as under construction with no revised date published by the developer beyond that figure.

## What is the District One West payment plan?

Property Finder lists a 20/60/20 plan: 20% at booking, 60% during construction and 20% at handover.

2. **The handover date and grace period** in your sale and purchase agreement, not just the Q1 2027 target quoted by portals.
3. **The DLD project status** for your building, through the Dubai Land Department's project status enquiry service.
4. **How the 4% DLD fee is billed** alongside the 20/60/20 instalments, since neither Meydan's nor Property Finder's material sets this out.
