## When will DAMAC Riverside be handed over?

Property Finder's project page lists a completion date of December 2027, or Q4 2027. DAMAC's own community page for DAMAC Riverside does not state a handover date.

Propsearch, checked on 15 September 2026, describes the project as still at the planning stage with construction yet to start. That does not sit easily with a Q4 2027 handover only around a year away, so buyers should ask DAMAC directly for the construction start date and confirm the completion date in the sale and purchase agreement (SPA) for their specific building.

The Dubai Land Department's project status enquiry service is the way to check construction progress for a specific building directly.

## What is the DAMAC Riverside payment plan?

Property Finder lists a plan of 20% at launch, 55% paid in instalments during construction and 25% due at handover. DAMAC has not published a payment plan on its own DAMAC Riverside page.
