Santorini is one of the clusters of [DAMAC Lagoons](/projects/damac-lagoons/), the Mediterranean-themed community opposite DAMAC Hills in Dubailand. It was launched with the master community in November 2021 and was the first cluster to hand over. DAMAC said on 24 November 2025 that the first Santorini homes had been delivered to their owners. In DAMAC's handover announcement, one owner described a home bought for AED 1.6 million at launch as now worth AED 3.2 million. ## DAMAC Lagoons Santorini rents Property Finder's listing averages for the 12 months to September 2026 are about AED 161,600 a year for 3 bedrooms, AED 159,700 for 4 bedrooms and AED 207,100 for 5 bedrooms. Registered leases for 4 bedroom townhouses in July and August 2026 ranged from AED 120,000 to AED 160,000 a year, below the asking averages. Property Finder puts the gross rental yield at 5.4%. ## DAMAC Lagoons Santorini payment plan Property Finder records the launch plan as 24% on booking, 66% during construction and 10% at handover. Some brokers advertised other releases with a small deposit and a post-handover portion. Santorini is now sold out from DAMAC, so buyers today pay a resale price in cash or with a mortgage, plus the 4% DLD transfer fee. ## DAMAC Lagoons Santorini service charges The DLD service charge index lists AED 3.5 per sq ft per year for Santorini 1, 2 and 3 (2026, via PropertyStellar).
