## When will Lilac at DAMAC Hills be handed over?

The Dubai Land Department (DLD) register holds a completion date of 31 January 2030 for the project, which it lists as "Damac Hills - Lilac", filed by Damac Crescent Properties (Continental Club). Broker pages give Q1 2030, which matches the register. DAMAC itself had not published a handover date or a launch announcement for Lilac by October 2026.

The register sets a construction start of 31 July 2026, which allows about three and a half years for a 12 storey building. Some listing pages show earlier years, and Data Habibi states that construction began in January 2024, which does not match the registered start date.

## Lilac at DAMAC Hills construction update

The DLD inspection on 24 April 2026 recorded 0% progress. Dubai Handover, which takes a daily copy of the register, shows the project as active at 0% from August through to 1 October 2026, with the 31 January 2030 date unchanged. It lists the inspection as 22 April 2026, two days earlier than Continental Club. The project is DLD number 4468 and has a registered escrow account.

## Lilac at DAMAC Hills homes and sizes

Lilac is a single apartment building in DAMAC Hills, the golf course community between Hessa Street and Al Qudra Road in Dubailand. The register places it in Al Hebiah Third. The building has a ground floor, two podium levels, nine residential floors and a roof (Data Habibi; Autograph Realtors).

The unit mix is from the DLD inventory as listed by Data Habibi. DAMAC has not published floor plans. Data Habibi lists studios such as unit 416 at 356 sq ft. Autograph Realtors notes that some listing sites show townhouse plans from other projects under the Lilac name.

## Lilac at DAMAC Hills prices and resale

No prices had been published for Lilac by October 2026, and no sales appear in the register data. For comparison, Data Habibi records launch prices of about AED 1,831 per sq ft at [DAMAC District](/projects/damac-district/), AED 1,388 per sq ft at Golf Greens 2 and AED 1,368 per sq ft at Ivory, all DAMAC projects in DAMAC Hills. ## Lilac at DAMAC Hills payment plan

DAMAC had not published a payment plan for Lilac by October 2026, and broker pages say it will follow the launch. Recent DAMAC launches nearby give an idea of the format: DAMAC District sold on a 20/50/30 plan, with 30% due on handover (Certified Poor, 10 August 2026). The Lilac plan may differ.

## Lilac at DAMAC Hills developer and delivery record

DAMAC Properties says it has handed over 50,000 homes and has more than 55,000 in its pipeline, with over 8,800 units targeted for handover in 2026 (PR Newswire, 4 September 2026). DAMAC Hills is one of the communities where it is handing over homes this year. Lilac is one of 15 projects DAMAC registered in 2026; Certified Poor counts only three of them with unit numbers, including Lilac's 288 and DAMAC District's 1,197. DAMAC District, also in DAMAC Hills, was 4.07% complete on 22 September 2026 against a registered date of 30 March 2029.

## What to check before buying at Lilac at DAMAC Hills

1. **That the unit is in DLD project 4468**, since other DAMAC projects and townhouse plans appear under similar names on listing sites.
2. **The completion date and grace period in the SPA**, measured against the registered 31 January 2030.
3. **The payment plan and escrow account** on the booking form, once DAMAC publishes them.
4. **The first DLD inspections after 31 July 2026**, to see whether work has started on the registered schedule.
