DAMAC markets Ivory with a June 2028 handover, and Property Finder lists the same month. The Dubai Land Department (DLD) register, where the project appears as "Damac Hills - Ivory", gives the same answer: a registered completion date of 30 June 2028, with a registered start of 1 September 2025. The early progress is slow. At the DLD inspection on 29 June 2026 the project was 0.56% complete, up 0.39 percentage points since the previous inspection on 26 December 2025. That leaves about 99% of the build to finish in the two years before the registered date. Townhouse clusters often rise faster than towers once the structure starts, so the low figure is not proof of a delay, but it is the number to watch at the next inspection. These are registered prices, not asking prices. ## Ivory at DAMAC Hills payment plan Listings give a 75/25 plan: 20% on booking, 55% during construction and 25% on handover in June 2028 (Realtree and Proprain, accessed October 2026).
