## When will Cove Boulevard by Imtiaz be handed over?

The Dubai Land Department (DLD) project register lists the tower as "Cove Boulevard By Imtiaz", project number 3675, with a registered completion date of 30 October 2028 (Continental Club, registry updated 4 October 2026). Property Finder lists the same date, and Continental Club records Q4 2028 as the developer supplied date.

Imtiaz's own project page is earlier. It gives an estimated completion of Q2 2028, as does Inside Realty. The date that binds each buyer is the one in the SPA.

## Cove Boulevard by Imtiaz construction update

The DLD inspection of 30 September 2026 recorded 10.45% progress, up 4.55 points from 5.90% on 27 April 2026 (Continental Club). Construction was registered as starting on 25 May 2025.

Imtiaz's own tracker shows 11% overall. Its stage figures put sub-structure at 30, super-structure at 1 and MEP and finishing at 0. The page does not label the units, but read as percentages they show work still mostly below ground.

## Cove Boulevard by Imtiaz homes and sizes

Cove Boulevard is one tower of two basements, ground, four podium levels, 30 floors and a roof. Imtiaz lists 436 units, of which 149 are offices. The apartments are sold furnished, according to Property Finder.

## Cove Boulevard by Imtiaz prices and resale

Inside Realty lists starting prices of AED 650,000 for studios, AED 970,000 for 1 bedrooms, AED 1.28 million for 2 bedrooms and AED 1.45 million for 3 bedrooms. Property Finder lists the developer's stock as sold out, with resale units available.

Registered DLD sales to 3 October 2026 give these medians (Continental Club): studios AED 711,560 (144 deals), 1 bedrooms AED 1,153,975 (52 deals), 2 bedrooms AED 1,561,919 (42 deals) and 3 bedrooms AED 1,985,076 (5 deals). Of 367 deals in all, 2 were resales. The overall median rate rose 6% over the past year, against 2% for the district.

## Cove Boulevard by Imtiaz payment plan

Imtiaz lists two plans. On the 60/40 plan, 60% is paid during construction and 40% on completion. On the 70/30 plan, 70% is paid up to completion and the last 30% is paid over three years after handover in quarterly instalments. Bookings opened on 25 May 2025 (Property Finder). The DLD register names First Abu Dhabi Bank as the escrow trustee.

## Cove Boulevard by Imtiaz developer and delivery record

Imtiaz Developments was founded in 1993 and says it has delivered more than 40 projects. Its recent buildings include [Westwood by Imtiaz](/projects/westwood-by-imtiaz/) in Al Furjan. In Dubailand Residence Complex it is building several towers under the Cove name, including Cove Grand and the Cove Edition buildings, each a separate DLD project.

## What to check before buying at Cove Boulevard by Imtiaz

1. **The SPA completion date**, since Imtiaz's Q2 2028 estimate and the registered 30 October 2028 differ by about four months.
2. **Which Cove building the unit is in.** Cove Boulevard, Cove Grand and the Cove Edition towers have separate DLD numbers and dates.
3. **Whether the unit is an apartment or an office**, since a third of the units are offices.
4. **Which payment plan applies**, as the 60/40 plan puts 40% at completion and the 70/30 plan spreads 30% after it.
