## When was Cherrywoods handed over?

Cherrywoods is complete and sold out, but sources give two different handover dates. Propsearch records construction starting in June 2019, an original estimated handover of July 2021, and actual completion in May 2022. A separate broker listing on fäm Properties instead gives a Q3 2023 (September 2023) completion date. Both sources agree the townhouses are built and occupied; only the exact month differs.

## What do homes at Cherrywoods cost?

Meraas has not published the original 2019 launch prices. Current figures come from resale listings and transactions.

1. **The exact handover record for your unit's building**, since published sources for the community overall differ by more than a year.
2. **Recent comparable transactions**, not just the asking price, since asking and sold prices differ in this community.
3. **Service charges and any pending snagging or maintenance items**, standard checks for a resale unit that has been occupied for several years.
4. **Title deed and mortgage status** through the Dubai Land Department before transferring funds.
