## When will Cavalli Tower be handed over?

DAMAC launched Cavalli Tower, a 70 storey building styled with Roberto Cavalli, in September 2021. It topped out at 71 storeys in November 2025.

The Property Finder and Propsearch figures predate the tower's own November 2025 topping out, so they cannot be current. DAMAC's own project page, which gives Q2 2027, is the figure to rely on until a more recent update is published.

## What is the Cavalli Tower payment plan?

At its September 2021 launch, Property Finder recorded a plan of 20% at booking, 70% during construction and 10% at handover. DAMAC's stock in the tower is now reported sold out, and its current project page does not publish updated terms, so a buyer today would be agreeing a price and schedule with a reselling owner or a DAMAC secondary sales desk, not the original launch plan.

3. **Whether the unit is being sold by DAMAC directly or as a resale**, since the original 2021 payment plan no longer applies to every unit in the tower.
4. **The exact floor and unit type**, given the very wide price range between lower floors and the branded penthouse collections.
