The latest DLD inspection, on 9 June 2026, recorded 90.05% progress. On 8 October 2026 the register still showed the project as active with no completion recorded (Continental Club; Dubai Handover). ezre.ae describes the building as handed over in Q3 2026, but the DLD register does not show that.
