## When will Breez by Danube be handed over?

Published dates fall in the same general window but do not fully agree.

Danube's own material does not narrow the date beyond the year. Since this project only launched in September 2025, no construction percentage was found published yet.

## What is the Breez by Danube payment plan?

Two different splits appear across sources.

## Who is the developer and what is its handover record?

Danube says it has completed 16 projects to date, with 16 more under construction, and announced in July 2026 that 11 of those were due for handover within 12 months (Danube via Arabian Post, 30 Jul 2026). Breez launched more recently, in September 2025, so it is not among that group of 11.

## What to check before booking

1. **The completion date in your own SPA**, since Property Finder and Bayut differ by a quarter on this project's target.
2. **How the 4% DLD fee is billed** alongside the construction and handover instalments, in writing, before you book.
3. **Which payment split applies to your unit**, since sources show two different plans, 10/60/30 and 20/50/30.
4. **The DLD project status** for the building, through Dubai Land Department's project status enquiry service.
