## When will Binghatti Vintage be handed over?

Binghatti Vintage is scheduled for completion in Q1 2027. Property Finder gives a specific date of March 2027, matching Bayut's estimate of the same quarter. Sales launched on 1 October 2025, and construction was under way through 2026. As of September 2026 the Q1 2027 date has not passed and no delay has been reported.

## What is the payment plan for Binghatti Vintage?

Property Finder and a Bayut feature on the launch both give the same structure: 10% at sales launch, 50% during construction and 40% on handover. A separate Bayut building guide, dated 16 January 2026, gives a different split of 14% on booking, 46% during construction and 40% on handover. Buyers should confirm which schedule applies to their unit in the sale and purchase agreement.

As a worked example only, using the 10/50/40 plan for a studio at the AED 674,999 starting price: 10% down is AED 67,500, plus the 4% DLD registration fee of AED 27,000, for AED 94,500 due at booking. The 50% construction instalments total AED 337,500, and the final 40% on handover is AED 270,000.
