Binghatti's own project page and Binayah's listing both give Q1 2026, or March 2026, as the completion date. That quarter has now passed. The Dubai Land Department's project register, mirrored by a handover tracker, showed the tower only 63% complete on 24 September 2026, which does not fit a Q1 2026 handover.

## What is the Binghatti Starlight payment plan?

Binghatti publishes a plan of 20% at booking, 50% during construction and 30% at completion.
