## When was Binghatti Onyx handed over?

Binghatti Onyx is complete, but Bayut, Propsearch and Property Finder give three different handover months.

## What was the Binghatti Onyx payment plan?

Property Finder lists 50% at sales launch, 20% during construction and 30% on handover. Bayut instead describes a 50/50 split, half at booking and half at handover. Since the project is already handed over, this plan applied to buyers at launch rather than to anyone booking today.

Binghatti has delivered other JVC and Al Jaddaf towers besides Onyx, including Binghatti Ghost, Phoenix, Phantom, Azure, Avenue and Crest, all complete as of September 2026. Binghatti Skyrise, its Business Bay project, remains under construction, targeted for Q4 2026.

## What to check before buying resale

1. **The building's current condition and snagging record**, since this is a completed tower and any resale unit has already been lived in or held vacant since 2024.
2. **The exact unit count and layout** against the title deed, given Propsearch and Binghatti's own site list slightly different totals, 449 against 438 units.
3. **The DLD project status and ownership transfer process**, through Dubai Land Department's own services, before completing a resale purchase.
4. **Service charges and any outstanding fees** on the specific unit, which apply differently to a completed building than to an off-plan purchase.
