## When will Binghatti Hills be handed over?

Binghatti's own project page for Hills lists Q2 2026 as the completion target. As of 28 September 2026, that quarter has passed. Binghatti has not published a revised date, and no handover has been confirmed by the developer or reported by property portals. Propsearch records construction starting in April 2024, with the project first traced in February 2024, but does not publish a percentage complete for the building.

## What is the Binghatti Hills payment plan?

Binghatti's published plan is 20% on booking, 50% during construction and 30% on completion.

As an example only, on a studio priced at AED 800,000, the 4% Dubai Land Department transfer fee would be AED 32,000. On this plan the buyer would pay AED 160,000 at booking, AED 400,000 across the construction period and AED 240,000 on completion, in addition to the AED 32,000 DLD fee.

Binghatti's launch prices started from AED 800,000 for a studio, with two bedroom apartments from AED 3,077,646. Propsearch, which tracks Dubai Land Department transactions, recorded studios reselling from AED 710,000 to AED 825,000, one bedroom units around AED 1.5 million, and two bedroom units between AED 2 million and AED 2.55 million during 2026.

## What to check before booking

1. **The current construction status**, since the published Q2 2026 target has passed without an update. Ask Binghatti's sales team for a written revised date.
2. **The DLD project status** for the exact building, through Dubai Land Department's project status enquiry service.
3. **The DLD registration fee**, an additional 4% of the price, which is separate from the instalments above.
4. **The exact unit type and floor**, since studios, one and two bedroom units are priced differently within the same building.
