## When will Binghatti Haven be handed over?

Binghatti's own project page still lists Q1 2026 as the expected completion date. That quarter has passed. The Dubai Land Department's project register, checked on 24 September 2026, showed the 26 storey tower 76% complete, which does not fit a Q1 2026 handover. Binghatti has not published a revised date.

## What is the payment plan?

Binghatti publishes a plan of 20% at booking, 50% during construction and 30% on completion. The 4% DLD registration fee is added at booking, so the cash needed on day one is 24% of the price.

As a worked example only, for a studio at the AED 715,000 starting price: 20% booking is AED 143,000, plus the 4% DLD fee of AED 28,600, for AED 171,600 due at booking. The 50% construction instalments total AED 357,500, and the final 30% on completion is AED 214,500.

## Who is the developer and what is its handover record?

Binghatti has a mixed handover record across its portfolio. Six of its tracked Dubai projects, including Binghatti Ghost and Binghatti Phantom, are already handed over, while most others, including Haven, are still under construction, and several have passed their published dates without a revised one.

## What to check before booking

1. **The current construction percentage** for this building on the DLD project status enquiry service, since Binghatti's own Q1 2026 date has already passed.
2. **Written confirmation from Binghatti** of a revised handover date, since none has been published to replace Q1 2026.
3. **How the 4% DLD fee is billed** alongside the 20/50/30 instalments, and get this in writing before booking.
4. **The exact unit and floor**, since Binghatti's published price is a single starting figure for the building rather than one for each unit type.
