## When will Binghatti Elite be handed over?

Binghatti's own project page still lists Q2 2026 as the expected completion date. That quarter has passed. The Dubai Land Department's project register, checked on 24 September 2026, showed the building 53% complete, which does not fit a Q2 2026 handover. Binghatti has not published a revised date.

## What is the payment plan?

Binghatti publishes a plan of 20% at booking, 50% during construction and 30% on completion. The 4% DLD registration fee is added at booking, so the cash needed on day one is 24% of the price.

As a worked example only, for a studio at the AED 600,000 starting price: 20% booking is AED 120,000, plus the 4% DLD fee of AED 24,000, for AED 144,000 due at booking. The 50% construction instalments total AED 300,000, and the final 30% on completion is AED 180,000.
