Bianca has a registered completion date of 31 December 2026 at the Dubai Land Department (DLD), where it is project 2553 in Wadi Al Safa 2. Reportage and brokers market it for Q4 2026, and Propsearch estimates December 2026. The DLD inspection of 3 June 2026 recorded the community 56.13% complete. That left about 44% of the work for the last seven months before the registered date. Progress rose from 28.36% in July 2025 (Reportage) to 56.13% in June 2026 (DLD), about 28 points in 11 months, so a handover on 31 December 2026 would need a much faster pace. Reportage's earlier project page logged 6% in September 2024, 13% in December 2024, 27.5% in June 2025 and 28.36% in July 2025. Its current page shows 54.5%. The DLD inspection of 3 June 2026 put the community at 56.13% (Mitchell's, DLD register). The register describes 653 townhouses of ground, two floors and roof, and the escrow account is held at Arab Bank for Investment and Foreign Trade (Al Masraf). ## Bianca by Reportage homes and sizes Reportage's launch announcement listed 653 townhouses: 507 with two bedrooms, 56 with three and 90 with four, on a 112,000 sq m site (Gulf Construction Online, 29 March 2023). The four bedroom homes have an internal lift. Amenities include pools, a gym, tennis courts, a mosque and a jogging track. Published sizes differ by source. Tanami Properties lists 1,080 to 3,000 sq ft across the range. PropertyStellar lists 1,555 to 1,667 sq ft for 2 bedroom homes. DLD transfers record most 2 bedroom units at about 966 to 1,015 sq ft, which suggests the register uses a different area measure from the marketing plans. ## Bianca by Reportage prices and resale Launch prices quoted by brokers started at about AED 1.08 million (Provident) to AED 1.2 million (Tanami). Reportage's site now shows "from AED 400k", which does not match any registered sale. DLD has registered 665 sales against Bianca from 2 November 2022 to 2 October 2026. The median over the six months to 2 October 2026 was AED 1,281 per sq ft across 33 sales (Mitchell's). Between 14 September and 2 October 2026, 2 bedroom townhouses sold for AED 1.02 million to AED 1.37 million. Four bedroom homes sold for AED 1.75 million on 8 September and AED 2.0 million on 21 September 2026. ## Bianca by Reportage payment plan The standard launch plan was 10% on booking, 42% during construction at 1% a month, and 48% on handover (Tanami; Excel Properties). Tanami also lists options of 15%, 20% or 30% down with the same monthly instalments, a 30/70 plan, and a full cash payment at a 40% discount. Under the standard plan, close to half of the price is paid at completion. ## Bianca by Reportage developer and delivery record Reportage Properties is an Abu Dhabi developer. It called Bianca its fifth Dubai project and its 25th overall, and reported 2022 sales of AED 2.3 billion (Reportage press release via House World). Bianca is its second Dubailand community, after Rukan. The DLD register lists the developer entity as Reportage Prime Properties. Reportage's construction updates page shows Alexis Tower, Rukan Lofts, The Gate, Oasis Residences, Al Raha Lofts and Al Maryah Vista 1 at 100%.
