The DLD project register gives Azizi Zain a registered completion date of 11 October 2027, three years after its registered start on 11 October 2024 (Mitchell's, register as at 4 October 2026). Data Habibi and Projects Scout show the same Q4 2027 timing. Earlier marketed dates have passed: Property Finder's summary still shows Q4 2025, and Data Habibi records the developer's original promise as Q1 2026, a postponement of 21 months to the current target. The latest DLD inspection, on 30 June 2026, recorded 66.21% complete. If work kept the pace of the first half of 2026, about 2.6 percentage points a month, the structure would reach completion around the second half of 2027, close to the registered date. The main contractor is Gardinia Contracting and the architect is 360 Degrees Architectural Design Consultancy (Propsearch). No DLD inspection after 30 June 2026 had been published by 11 October 2026. Propsearch notes that the plot carried an earlier version of the project, acquired from a previous developer, with an estimated handover once given as January 2022. The current registration dates from October 2024. ## Azizi Zain homes and sizes Azizi Zain is a 12 storey building: ground floor, two podium parking levels, nine residential floors and a roof, with no basement (Data Habibi; Propsearch). Two thirds of the 115 homes are 2 bedrooms. ## Azizi Zain prices and resale Data Habibi records a starting price of about AED 995,000, and Continental Club lists AED 1.0 million. Property Finder shows a launch price of AED 1.7 million, which is in line with 2 bedroom prices rather than the entry unit. DLD has recorded 115 sales on the project, 4% of them resales. Medians were AED 1,058,340 for a 1 bedroom of about 818 sq ft (16 sales), AED 1,515,360 for a 2 bedroom of about 1,302 sq ft (75 sales) and AED 2,041,020 for a 3 bedroom of about 1,776 sq ft (19 sales). The overall median of about AED 1,174 per sq ft was 9% lower than the year before, while Al Furjan as a whole rose 3% (Continental Club, transactions to 7 September 2026). The latest registered sales, on 30 September 2026, were 2 bedrooms of 1,305 sq ft at AED 1,493,790 and 1,834 sq ft at AED 1,792,560 (Propsearch). At about AED 1,174 per sq ft, Zain sits well below the Al Furjan off-plan median of AED 1,513 per sq ft reported by Mitchell's for the 12 months to 5 October 2026. ## Azizi Zain payment plan The plan shown by Data Habibi and A Squared is: - 10% on booking - 40% in four instalments during construction - 50% on handover Property Finder describes it as 50/50, half during construction and half on handover, which is the same split. With the building past 66% complete, the 50% handover payment is the main amount still ahead for most buyers. ## Azizi Zain developer and delivery record Azizi says it has delivered more than 45,000 homes, handed over 7 projects in 2026 and targets 10 more by the end of the year (GDN, 15 September 2026).
