The building reached 86% complete in March 2025 before finishing later that year. Property Finder's project page lists a target of Q4 2025 for the same building, which lines up with an October 2025 completion. Construction began in April 2023.

## What was the Azizi Vista payment plan?

Azizi's published plan for Vista, while it was on sale, was 40% during construction and 60% on handover. That plan is now historical, since the project has handed over and is sold out.
