## When will Azizi Milan be handed over?

Azizi launched sales at Milan, in what was formerly known as City of Arabia, on 24 April 2025. The district is sold as separate towers rather than one project, so handover dates differ by building.

Propsearch's own overview of the district, last checked on 5 April 2026, still describes Milan as at the planning stage with construction yet to start, even though several towers had pre-registration sales recorded by then. There is no confirmation from Azizi of a single handover date for the district as a whole.

## What is the Azizi Milan payment plan?

Plans vary by tower. Property Finder lists two common structures for Milan buildings: 10% at launch, 50% during construction and 40% on handover, or 10% at launch, 60% during construction and 30% on handover.

As a worked example, using the 10/50/40 plan on a studio listed from AED 560,000, the 10% deposit is AED 56,000. Dubai's 4% Dubai Land Department registration fee adds a further AED 22,400. That puts the cash needed at booking at about AED 78,400, before any other admin fees. This is an example for one unit at one price point, not a quote.

## What do homes at Azizi Milan cost?

Studio prices across the towers launched so far range from about AED 560,000 to AED 644,000, based on Property Finder and Propsearch listings from 2025 and 2026. Larger units, including 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and duplexes, are also available, with prices set separately for each tower as it launches.

## Who is the developer and what is its handover record?

Azizi Developments says it has delivered more than 45,000 homes in Dubai and handed over 7 projects in 2026 so far, with 10 more targeted by year end. Its record is mixed on individual dates: Azizi Venice's first buildings, promised for Q1 2026, had not been confirmed handed over by September 2026, when Azizi said handovers there would run into 2027.

## What to check before booking

1. **The exact tower name**, such as Milan 53 or Milan Heights, not just "Azizi Milan". Each has its own handover date and price list.
2. **Whether your tower has started construction**, given the wider district was still at the planning stage as of Propsearch's April 2026 check.
3. **The payment plan for your specific tower**, since the split between construction and handover payments differs across the district.
4. **The DLD project status** for your building, through the Dubai Land Department's project status enquiry service, once construction begins.
