## When will Azizi Central be handed over?

Azizi Central is complete and handover has started. The Dubai Land Department register lists it as project number 2721, a single building of 97 apartments in Al Furjan. The DLD inspection of 8 June 2026 recorded 100% (Continental Club), and Real Estate Club Dubai's DLD tracker shows the finished status recorded on 9 June 2026. Azizi announced in July 2026 that it had officially begun handing over units, and called Azizi Central its 21st completed project in Al Furjan.

The completion date moved twice. Azizi gave Q4 2025 in its construction updates of January and May 2025, then Q1 2026 in January 2026, when the building was 77% complete. The building was finished about two quarters after the Q4 2025 date.

## Azizi Central construction update

The DLD register records construction starting on 3 August 2023 and registration on 29 December 2023 (Homesearch). Azizi reported 21% in January 2025, with 420 workers on site, and 35% in May 2025, with the structure 99% complete. By January 2026 it reported 77%, with 322 workers, and by April 2026 98%, with structure, blockwork, plastering, tiling, HVAC and lifts finished and the façade at 97%. The DLD inspection of 8 June 2026 recorded 100%.

## Azizi Central homes and sizes

The DLD describes the building as upper ground, ground, two podium levels, nine floors and a roof. Azizi calls it a 12 storey building.

Unit counts and sizes are from the DLD registry via Continental Club and match Azizi's July 2026 handover announcement. Real Estate Club Dubai's tracker lists 257 units, which neither source supports.

## Azizi Central prices and resale

Continental Club lists a developer starting price of AED 1,076,000. The DLD has registered 144 sales, about a third of them resales. Median prices across all registered sales are about AED 1.06 million for 1 bedrooms, AED 1.49 million for 2 bedrooms and AED 2.13 million for 3 bedrooms.

Prices for similar units vary widely. In September 2026, 2 bedroom apartments of about 1,270 to 1,365 sq ft registered at AED 1,072,500 to AED 1,750,000 (Continental Club). Homesearch notes the price per sq ft has fallen about 21% since 2024.

The first rents registered after handover, in August and September 2026, were AED 67,925 to AED 73,000 a year for 1 bedrooms, AED 110,000 to AED 130,000 for 2 bedrooms and AED 120,930 to AED 165,000 for 3 bedrooms (Continental Club).

## Azizi Central payment plan

Continental Club lists a 40/60 plan: 10% on booking, 30% during construction in three instalments and 60% on handover at 100% completion. With handover under way since July 2026, the 60% payment falls due for buyers on this plan.

## Azizi Central developer and delivery record

Azizi Developments says it has delivered more than 45,000 homes, handed over seven projects in 2026 to mid September and aims to hand over ten more by the end of the year (GDN, 15 September 2026). Azizi Central began handover in July 2026, within that period. ## What to check before buying at Azizi Central

1. **Whether the 60% handover payment has been made**, for any unit bought from an original buyer, and how any balance owed to Azizi is settled on transfer.
2. **The title deed.** Units that were sold off-plan must have the Oqood converted to a title deed before a resale or mortgage.
3. **The price against recent DLD sales.** Similar 2 bedroom units registered from about AED 1.07 million to AED 1.75 million in September 2026.
