The two most recently checked sources, Property Finder and Bayut, agree on Q1 2028. Propsearch's Q4 2026 figure is the oldest of the four and has not been updated since November 2025, which may explain the gap. Azizi has not published a dated statement of its own confirming which figure is current, so the completion date in your sale and purchase agreement is the one to rely on.

## What is the Azizi Arian payment plan?

Two different plan structures appear across sources. Property Finder shows options including 10% at launch, 40% during construction, 50% on handover. ezre.ae shows 10% on booking, 30% during construction, 60% on handover, with nothing due after handover.

Property Finder's current listed range runs from AED 571,000 for a studio to AED 2.4 million for a three-bedroom unit, and includes both later-phase pricing and resale listings now that the project is marked sold out from the developer.

## Who is the developer and what is its handover record?

Azizi Developments says it has delivered more than 45,000 homes since it began building in Dubai and handed over 7 projects in 2026 so far, with 10 more targeted by December 2026. Its record elsewhere is mixed: Azizi Riviera has delivered the large majority of its 75 buildings, while Azizi Venice missed its original Q1 2026 target for its first buildings. 1. **The completion date written in your own SPA**, since published third-party estimates for this project range from Q4 2026 to Q1 2028.
2. **Which payment plan applies to your unit**, since sources show materially different splits between construction and handover payments.
3. **The DLD project status** for the specific building, through the Dubai Land Department's project status enquiry service.
4. **How recently your source was updated.** The oldest published estimate for this project is over a year old and may no longer be current.
