## When will Azizi Amir be handed over?

The Dubai Land Department (DLD) register holds a registered completion date of 17 June 2027 for Azizi Amir, DLD project number 3844, with construction registered as starting on 17 June 2025 (Mitchells, registry as at 4 October 2026). Property Finder shows the same June 2027 date. Most other portals, including Springfield and OffPlanIndex, now show Q4 2027, so sources disagree by about six months. Azizi has not published its own date for this building.

Progress is far behind the registered date. The DLD recorded 2.35% on 18 March 2026, with 15 months left on the registered timeline.

## Azizi Amir construction update

DLD inspections show 0% on 19 June 2025 and 2.35% on 18 March 2026 (Continental Club, registry updated 25 September 2026). No newer inspection had been published by early October 2026. One portal still listed the project as 0% complete in October 2026.

## Azizi Amir homes and sizes

Azizi Amir is one building in Al Furjan, near Jebel Ali metro station (Property Finder). The DLD register files it under Jabal Ali First and lists 104 homes. Azizi launched it as "Azizi Ameer" in June 2025, together with Azizi Sakandar, a separate 218 unit building in Al Furjan. Apartments are sold semi-furnished, without kitchen appliances (Springfield).

Price lists start from about AED 1.27 million for a 1 bedroom and run to about AED 2.88 million (JRE and Tanami Properties, October 2026). The DLD register shows 52 to 57 sales by early October 2026, almost all from Azizi, at a median of about AED 1,516 per sq ft. Recent registered sales:

- 1 bedroom: AED 1,123,170 to AED 1,384,000 (19 June to 17 September 2026)
- 2 bedroom: AED 1,790,100 and AED 1,791,000 (23 June 2026)
- 3 bedroom: AED 2,085,300 to AED 2,527,600 (23 to 30 June 2026)

For context, off-plan sales across Al Furjan averaged about AED 1,513 per sq ft over the 12 months to 5 October 2026 (Mitchells).

## Azizi Amir payment plan

The standard plan is 50/50 (Tanami Properties):

1. **10% on booking**
2. **10% each** within 60, 180, 300 and 420 days of booking
3. **50% on handover**

A 20/30/50 version is also listed, and OffplanIndex shows discounts of 5% and 10% for buyers who pay more upfront or in full. Under the standard plan, 50% is paid within about 14 months of booking, while the build was at 2.35% nine months in. Nothing is due after handover.

## Azizi Amir developer and delivery record

Azizi Developments says it has delivered more than 45,000 homes. In September 2026 it reported seven projects handed over in 2026 and ten more targeted by the end of the year, with handovers running "through 2026 and into 2027" (GDN, 15 September 2026).

## What to check before buying at Azizi Amir

1. **The completion date in the SPA**: 17 June 2027 in the register, Q4 2027 on most portals.
2. **The instalment timing.** The four 10% instalments are tied to days from booking, not to construction stages.
3. **The next DLD inspection.** The latest figure, 2.35%, dates from March 2026.
4. **Which plan and discount applies**, since three versions are listed.
