## When will Antalya by Karma be handed over?

Karma's handover date for Antalya is Q3 2028 (Property Finder; Dubizzle). The Dubai Land Department (DLD) project register, where it is listed as "Antalya By Karma" under Sports City, holds a registered completion date of 30 September 2028. Propsearch shows an earlier estimate of Q2 2028, and one section of Property Finder's page gives 1 June 2028, so the portals do not fully agree.

The latest DLD inspection, on 14 April 2026, recorded 0.06% complete. The register dates the construction start to 1 October 2025. No newer inspection had been published by 11 October 2026.

## Antalya by Karma construction update

Antalya is DLD project 3775, in Al Hebiah Fourth, the register's name for the Dubai Sports City area. Two DLD inspections are on record: 0% on 19 May 2025, before sales began, and 0.06% on 14 April 2026 (Continental Club). Property Finder dates the construction start to 2 October 2025. Propsearch still lists the project as "planned" and does not show a named main contractor. Escrow is held with First Abu Dhabi Bank.

## Antalya by Karma homes and sizes

Antalya is one building of ground, two podium levels, 15 floors and a roof, which Propsearch counts as 18 storeys. The DLD register lists 192 units. Karma founder and architect SN Saxena designed the tower, with two pools, a zen garden, a gym and an outdoor cinema (OGN News, 17 July 2025).

## Antalya by Karma prices and resale

Karma announced Antalya on 17 July 2025, and Property Finder dates the sales launch to 1 October 2025, with prices from AED 720,000.

The DLD register shows 106 sales, about 1% of them resales. Median prices are AED 760,105 for a studio of about 420 sq ft, AED 1,168,976 for a 1 bedroom, AED 1,607,741 for a 2 bedroom and AED 2,508,050 for a 3 bedroom. The overall median is AED 16,043 per square metre, about AED 1,490 per sq ft (Continental Club, register updated 8 October 2026).

Recent registrations include a 415 sq ft studio at AED 760,031 on 21 September 2026, a 1,163 sq ft 2 bedroom at AED 1,533,619 on 9 September 2026 and a 1,594 sq ft 3 bedroom at AED 2,497,606 on 10 August 2026 (Propsearch). Dubizzle resale listings for studios ranged from AED 700,000 to AED 845,000 in October 2026.

## Antalya by Karma payment plan

The main plan, shown by the DLD-based Continental Club page and Dubizzle, is:

- 20% on booking
- 50% during construction
- 30% on handover

Property Finder lists two further options: 20% on booking, 45% during construction and 35% after handover, or 20%, 50% and 30% with the final 30% after handover. On a studio at the DLD median of AED 760,105, the 30% handover payment is about AED 228,000.

## Antalya by Karma developer and delivery record

Karma Developers is part of Karma Group. Propsearch records the developing entity as Karma DSC Developers, and the DLD register lists Karma D S C Developers. Karma also sells [Milos by Karma](/projects/milos-by-karma/) in Dubailand Residence Complex, which was 0.44% built in April 2026 against a registered completion date of 1 April 2027. No completed Karma tower in Dubai is named in the sources reviewed. Propsearch gives a developer estimate of AED 60 million for Antalya's construction cost.

## What to check before buying at Antalya by Karma

1. **The completion date in the SPA**, since the register says 30 September 2028 and portals range from June to September 2028.
2. **Which payment plan the SPA uses**, as the three plans differ in how much is due after handover.
3. **The next DLD inspection.** Progress was 0.06% six months after the registered start.
4. **Karma's progress at Milos**, which shows how its other off-plan project is moving against its date.
