The DLD inspection of 14 July 2026 recorded 0% construction progress, seven months after the registered construction start of 15 December 2025. Property Finder shows February 2030, in line with the register. Earlier coverage gave Q2 2029, and Propsearch shows Q4 2029, so older listings can show a date up to eight months earlier than the register.

The DLD register treats Vincitore Wellness Estate as one project of 1,475 units. Propsearch lists two 36 storey buildings, Building 1 and Building 2, but no source publishes separate dates for them.
