When it was first marketed in August 2025, the completion date given was Q2 2027, and Property Finder still lists 1 June 2027. ## What the Verde by Vision handover date means for payments

Verde is sold on a 20/80 plan: 20% during construction and 80% on completion (Vision Developments, October 2025). OffPlanIndex lists a second version with 10% down and 10% during construction. Either way, 80% of the price falls due at handover, so the handover date sets when buyers need the bulk of the money, from savings or a mortgage. If the date moves, that payment moves with it.
