**Conflicting status online.** Some portals and broker pages listed Tria as handed over in Q2 2025 or 100% complete well before it was. The DLD register recorded 94.11% at its inspection on 25 August 2026, and Deyaar announced the handover on 6 October 2026.

**Traffic and transport in Silicon Oasis.** Bayut notes heavy traffic at the community's entrances and exits at peak hours. There is no metro station in Dubai Silicon Oasis yet. Bayut says the Blue Line, which will serve the area, is scheduled to open on 9 September 2029.

Progress rose 0.74 points between the DLD inspections of 3 August and 25 August 2026.
