After 20% on booking, six instalments of 5%, 5%, 10%, 10%, 5% and 5% fall due between 15 February 2026 and 15 July 2027 whatever the progress on site. The last 40% is due "on completion December 2027" (Imtiaz fact sheet). By the final dated instalment in July 2027, buyers will have paid 60% of the price. If completion moves towards the registered February 2028 date or later, only the 40% balance moves with it.
