Sobha Crest Grande, three residential towers at Sobha Hartland, received its Building Completion Certificate on 25 March 2026. Sobha said customer handovers were "scheduled to commence shortly" within the timeline it committed to under RERA, the Real Estate Regulatory Agency. Three projects are listed for 2026. Sobha Hartland 2 and Verde by Sobha are both listed for Q4 2026, and Sobha Reserve for around Q2 2026 on Propsearch, a quarter that has already passed without a confirmed handover.
