The last DLD inspection, on 23 June 2026, recorded 5.85% complete, up from 4.42% on 3 April 2026. With about 23 months from that inspection to the register date, nearly all of the two towers remained to be built.

## Samana Resorts handover date by building

The register describes a shared base of three basements and a ground floor, with Tower A and Tower B each of 16 floors plus a roof. Progress and the completion date are recorded for the project as a whole.

The other three, 15/85, 20/80 and 20/79/1, are paid in full by handover. In December 2024, a broker listed 20%, 52%, 5% on handover and 23% over 44 months after handover. Under the post-handover plans, the instalments after the keys start only once handover happens, so a later date also pushes back the final payment.
