Samana Developers' project page says Samana Mykonos is scheduled for handover in February 2027. The Dubai Land Department (DLD) project register still lists a completion date of 30 April 2026, which passed more than five months ago. The building is close to finished. The DLD inspection of 29 September 2026 recorded 91.12% complete, and the pace since May fits a handover in early 2027.

On a AED 713,000 studio, the DLD median, the post-handover share is about AED 228,000.

1. **The completion date and grace period in the SPA**, since both July 2025 and 30 April 2026 have passed.
2. **The building completion certificate**, which Samana has not yet announced; a February 2027 handover depends on it.
