It is registered with the Dubai Land Department as Aykon City 3, project 2200, and Property Finder lists the same date. The DLD inspection on 12 April 2026 recorded 31.35% complete. No newer inspection had been added to the register by 25 September 2026. DAMAC has said since December 2023 that the tower will complete in 2027 and has not published a revised date.

1. **A newer DLD inspection for project 2200.** The latest figure on the register is from April 2026, so a check on DLD's project status service shows whether progress has picked up since.
2. **The completion date and grace period in the SPA.** Units bought at launch in 2022 may carry a date set before the 30 December 2027 registered date.
3. **Which tower the unit is in.** DLD publishes one figure for both towers, so the tower's own stage has to come from DAMAC.
4. **How much of the price falls due at handover.** No payment plan breakdown is published for Safa Two, so the handover share needs to be read from the buyer's own schedule.
