2. **The Phase 6 grace period.** The registered date has passed, so the SPA's delay terms decide the position of each buyer.
3. **A newer inspection for Phase 4.** The last public reading, 62.08%, is from March 2026. The Dubai REST app shows DLD's current figure for project 1323.
4. **The history of a resale contract.** DLD sales records under the Phase 6 project number go back to 2014, so check the date and terms of the original SPA being transferred.
