Danube gives May 2027, or Q2 2027, as the handover date for Sportz, on its project page checked on 1 October 2026. That is the same quarter set out when the project launched in November 2023. The registered completion date on the Dubai Land Department (DLD) register is 30 March 2026, which has passed, and Property Finder still shows that earlier date as Q1 2026. The two progress figures are far apart. Danube's internal inspection of 31 August 2026 put the project at 90%, with roof slabs done on both towers, floor tiling finished up to the 33rd floor and testing and commissioning under way. The DLD site inspection a week later, on 7 September 2026, recorded 68.83%.
