1. **Which date your SPA states.** Sources give March, June and July 2029. The SPA date and its grace period are what apply, not a portal's quarter.
2. **Which plan you are on.** The launch was marketed on a 1% monthly plan, while portals now list 10/60/30 and 20/50/30. Each spreads the 60% or 50% construction share differently over the build.
3. **The next DLD inspection for project 4081.** The register figure of 0.14% predates the piling Danube reported in August 2026.
4. **The escrow account.** The DLD register names First Abu Dhabi Bank as escrow trustee. Confirm it in the Dubai REST app before paying.
