The registered completion date for Binghatti Cullinan, a single tower in Al Jaddaf, is 30 June 2027, according to the Dubai Land Department register as republished by Continental Club on 29 September 2026. The same date appeared in launch materials when units were released on 20 November 2025. Binghatti's own project page gives no completion date. 3. **What triggers the final 30%.** Continental Club describes it as due on handover and linked to full completion. The SPA wording sets when Binghatti can call it.
