Azizi did not give a date in that update, and no handover notice had been reported as of 1 October 2026.

At the April 2023 relaunch the plan was 40% during construction and 60% on handover, the structure Propsearch still shows. Binayah lists 10% at booking, 30% during construction and 60% on handover, and ezre.ae lists 10%, 10% and 80%. On the AED 495,000 launch price, a 60% handover payment is AED 297,000. Under every published version, most of the price falls due when Azizi issues the completion notice, so the actual handover date decides when the largest payment is owed.

4. **What is finished at handover.** Azizi's September update put external works at 67% and the pool at 64%, so check the shared facilities at the snagging inspection.
